PLEASE BE AWARE THAT YOU MUST CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER CARE TEAM AT ORDERS@GETFROCKED.NET.AU AND DOWNLOAD AND FILL IN THE NECESSARY RETURNS FORM, PRIOR TO RETURNING ANY ITEMS BEING SENT BACK.  IF YOU FAIL TO CONTACT US, OR ATTACH APPROPRIATE PAPERWORK PROVIDED, YOUR ITEMS WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER AND EXTRA COSTS MAY INCUR ON YOUR BEHALF. GET FROCKED WILL NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE.

Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement on final sale items if you change your mind.
This includes a change of mind with regards to colour, size and fit.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY SALE ITEMS/ OR FLASH SALE ITEMS, DISCOUNT CODES, FRENZY SALES AS THESE ARE REDUCED TO CLEAR
 
EXCHANGE POLICY
We take great pride in our reputation for quality.
Due to our high volume stock turn over we unfortunately cannot offer exchanges on size and are unable to hold stock.
If you wish to exchange an item we will issue you with an online credit note and you can purchase any item and size you like!
We will provide you with an online credit note to purchase correct size for full priced items only where: 
-The goods are in saleable condition, in their original packaging, 
with all tags still in tact
-The goods have not been worn, damaged or washed.
-The goods are returned within 14 business days of purchase date; and
-The original invoice/returns form as proof of purchase is provided.
All returns must be returned to Get Frocked eBoutique within 14 business days at the customers expense to be eligible for an online credit note. Returns after this period will not be accepted.
We do not credit/refund shipping charges.
Please ensure you use tracking as Get Frocked takes no responsibility for missing deliveries. 
PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST COTACT US VIA EMAIL AT ORDERS@GETFROCKED.NET.AU AND FILL IN THE NECESSARY PAPERWORK, PRIOR TO SENDING YOUR ITEMS BACK. RECEIVING GOODS WITHOUT THE ABOVE, WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER. 
 
INCORRECT ORDER
If for some reason you receive the wrong order – please notify us within 24hrs to orders@getfrocked.net.au and we will correct the error free of charge. Please check your cart thoroughly before checking out as we do not accept returns or give refunds if you choose the wrong item by mistake.  

FAULTY ITEMS
Please remember, these things sometimes happen!
In the unlikely case of receiving a faulty item, the item must be returned within a reasonable time frame. The item will be sent to our Head Office where they will assess each item and will either repair, replace or provide an online credit note and in some instances a refund. This process will be completed within a reasonable time frame in accordance with Fair Trading policies
GET FROCKED checks all items thoroughly before sending out to our customers – if you receive your item and it has a fault or defect – we need to be notified within 48hrs of your order arriving to orders@getfrocked.net.au. We may ask for a photo or proof of the fault before asking you to return. After this time returns and refunds will be at our discretion. Please note: if you wash/or wear the item and a fault occurs –  the item must be in original condition. If you wash or wear the item after you notify us of the fault your return will not be honoured. 
We are not required to provide you with a refund, however we will happily provide you with an online credit note strictly within 14 days of the purchase date providing that goods are in its original condition, returned to us NEATLY FOLDED, unworn, unwashed and with the original tags attached in accordance with Fair Trading policies. All returned items will undergo a quality control check, which ensures all clothing have been received in its original condition. 
Of course we will cover the cost of return postage for a faulty item!

RETURNS SHIPPING
Return shipping must be prepaid and by a traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Get Frocked take no responsibility for missing deliveries. Return shipping charges are not refundable.
Postage is not credited only the value of the garments purchased.
All exchanges will be at your own expenses.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of an item if we believe it not to be in the original condition or received within the 14 days.

SALES/COMPETITIONS/SOCIAL MEDIA PROMOTIONS
No refunds / exchanges / change of mind or incorrect sizes will be accepted on any sale or discount items. These items are priced to clear and will be sent via standard post. Any items won in any of our competitions are not able to be exchanged, refunded or changed. All competition winners must contact us within 24hrs of the competition being drawn, failure to do so will result in a re-draw. The prize is not redeemable for cash, not transferrable to another person or date and must be redeemed within one month or as per the competition rules – otherwise it becomes void. Discounted items or social media promotions/sales will be sent via standard post. Please choose carefully and contact us with any size queries before purchase if you are unsure.

Online credit notes have a 3 month expiry date and are for online purchases only.
