GF ships your order through Shippit. This system generates the fastest delivery method so that you can enjoy your order sooner rather than later!

 AUSTRALIA

$8 AUD flat rate 

Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post or Couriers Please. The fastest delivery service is determined by our distribution system; Shippit. All orders delivered to a PO Box will be sent via Australia Post only.

Packing is expected between 2-5 business days* 

After packing delivery usually takes 1-3 working days

On rare occasions delivery can be delayed due to circumstances outside of our control.

New Zealand orders are shipped via Australia Post International.

UK, FINLAND & NETHERLANDS

$25 AUD Flat Rate for all orders

These orders are shipped via Australia Post International.

CHANGES TO MY ORDER

Once your order has been sent we are unable to make changes or cancel your order, however our usual returns process is available. If you have made an error in your delivery address please contact us as soon as possible at orders@getfrocked.net.au with the correct address and your order number. If your order has already been shipped we are unable to make any further changes or accept responsibility for delays in delivery or lost goods.

If there are any delays to your order, you will be notified via email. Please ensure the email address entered in the checkout is attended.

Get Frocked will always do our best to maintain our best practise within our delivery guidelines, however – we process excessive amounts of orders weekly which from time to time can cause a backlog – please expect possible delay during, promotional, sale or holiday times. 

If you are concerned about receiving your order within a dedicated timeframe please contact us first before placing an order. 

Get Frocked will not be held responsible for delays or lost parcels once leaving our office with our 3rd party service providers but we will always do our best to help in these circumstances and more often than not have a positive outcome.
