All orders will be charged a flat rate of $10 regardless on how many items you have purchased. Orders will be shipped within 1-7 working. WA can take longer, normally around 7-10 working days.
The delivery times provided by Get Frocked are estimates only and can vary during Christmas, Easter and public Holiday periods.
New Zealand orders are sent via DHL. Please allow 14 days for delivery.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS:
We use an automated labelling system that extracts your details entered by you at checkout. If you have entered the incorrect details, misspelt or typed wrong by accident and your parcel is returned to us, a re-post will be at your own cost. If you realise you have entered in the wrong address before your item is sent, please log in and make the changes to your account plus contact us via our website to correct it on your order before it is sent.
We take no responsibility for lost parcels if the details are entered in incorrectly and you have not corrected before your parcel is sent.
Get Frocked are not liable for an incorrect address being entered on your order.
Get Frocked will always do our best to maintain our best practise within our delivery guidelines, however – we process excessive amounts of orders weekly which from time to time can cause a backlog – please expect possible delay during, promotional, sale or holiday times.

Get Frocked will not be held responsible for delays or lost parcels once leaving our office with our 3rd party service providers but we will always do our best to help in these circumstances and more often than not have a positive outcome.
