Please note there may be some slight colour variations due to the settings on your computer screens - this is usually very very minor 

We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases or incorrect decision/fit

If an item simply does not fit, it is considered a change of mind return and cannot be refunded.

We do not accept change of mind returns for sale item/flash sale/discount code. This includes fit.

If you would like to exchange your full priced item/s for a different size or item, your credit may be used to purchase this.

EXCHANGE POLICY

 

ALL CREDIT NOTES AND EXCHANGES ARE HANDLED ON A WEDNESDAY

We take great pride in our reputation for quality, and we will provide you with an exchange or credit note for full priced items only where:

-The goods are in saleable condition, in their original packaging, FOLDED NEATLY
with all tags still in tact
-The goods have not been worn, damaged or washed.
-The goods are returned within 14 business days or purchase date; and
-The original invoice as proof of purchase is provided.

**Please note that we do not cancel orders based on change of mind

FAULTY ITEMS

In the unlikely case of receiving a faulty item, the item must be returned within a reasonable time frame. The item will be sent to our Head Office where they will assess each item and will either repair, replace or provide a credit note and in ONLY in some instances a refund.

This process will be completed within a reasonable time frame in accordance with Fair Trading policies - 14 days of receiving the item

We will happily cover all postage costs to replace it with an identical item whenever possible. If you do not want the replacement item, then this however is considered to be a change of mind and a store credit will be issued.

The only time we will offer a refund, is if we cannot replace the faulty garment with the identical original purchase.   

All returns/exchanges must be returned to Get Frocked eBoutique within 14 business days to be eligible for a refund/exchange. Returns after this period will not be accepted. If a refund is approved, it will be applied to the original card of purchase. We do not credit/refund shipping charges.

WE STRICTLY ALLOW A 14 DAY PERIOD FOR FAULTS - ANYTHTING LONGER THAN THIS WILL BE AT OUR DISCRETION

RETURNS SHIPPING

Return shipping must be prepaid and by a traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Get Frocked take no responsibility for missing deliveries. Return shipping charges are not refundable.

We are not required to provide you with a refund, however we will happily provide you with an exchange or credit note strictly within 14 days of the purchase date providing that goods are in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and with the original tags attached in accordance with Fair Trading policies.
All returned items will undergo a quality control check, which ensures all clothing have been received in its original condtion.
All exchanges will be at your own expenses meaning you are to include a return prepaid postal satchel for us to send you your exchange item in.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of an item if we believe it not to be in the original condition or received within the 14 days.
Postage is not credited only the value of the garments purchased.

SALE ITEMS:

Please choose carefully, we DO NOT provide a refund, exchange or credit note if you change your mind or its not the right fit. 

Under Australian Consumer Law, we are NOT required to provide a refund or replacement on final sale items if you change your mind. This includes a change of mind with regards to colour, size and fit.

PLEASE NOTE - IF YOU SEND A SALE ITEM BACK TO US WITHOUT AUTHORISATION IT WILL BE SENT RETURN TO SENDER.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON FLASH SALE OR DISCOUNT CODE SALE ITEMS

DURING SALE AND PEAK PERIODS PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 5 WORKING DAYS FOR SHIPPING INFO

We will NEVER sell anything unwearable or with a major fault - please note we will not accept returns on sale items with small minor faults - i.e. threads, missing button and so on. These are reduced to clear. Again we would NEVER sell anything falsely with a major fault.

CREDIT NOTES AND GIFT CARDS

Credit notes have a 3 month expiry date.

*Online gift cards can only be used online

*Gift cards are valid for 3 years

In store gift cards can only be used in store

PRE-ORDERS: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

  • Items on PRE ORDER and are NOT currently in stock!! 
  • Arriving approximately the week given in the title description of the item. 
  • This is an approximate date ONLY not guaranteed and item may arrive early or late. 
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the item is shipped. 
  • All items ordered together within that order will be held and shipped together when the pre order item arrives. If you require separate shipment you must place separate orders. 
  • Pre orders are NOT able to be cancelled before delivery, though you may exchange after delivery. 
  • ALL pre orders are final.
  • PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DATE IS AN ESTIMATE ARRIVAL TO OUR WAREHOUSE! THERE CAN BE DELAYS WITH CUSTOMS, OVERSEAS SHIPPING DELAYS AND SO ON. THIS IS USUALLY ONLY A WEEK TO 10 DAYS SO PLEASE BE MINDFUL BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

We highly recommend ALL items to be treated with care and hand washed separately in cold water with mild laundry detergent. Do not soak garments. Do not put in the tumble dryer.

Australian orders are shipped EXPRESS via Australia Post. 

Packing and delivery is expected between 1-3 business days* 

On rare occasions delivery can be delayed due to circumstances outside of our control.

You will receive your tracking number via email with a link to follow its progress once your order has been shipped.
